EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Canomar accepts exchanges and returns of articles, within legal terms. The customer has 14 days to make the exchange after receiving the order.

 

The shipping costs of sending items for exchange or return are borne by the customer.

 

For the exchange to take place it is necessary that the article has not been used and that it has the bag and tags as it was sent. After we receive, if the product does not meet all of these requirements, the exchange or return of products may be refused.

The exchange may be made for another item of another size or another model of equal or greater value, which is in stock.

We are not responsible for the misuse of the articles, not even for the incorrect washing of the same. Therefore, we suggest that you consult our advice on the CARE TO BE TAKEN available in the description of each product.
